The Comptroller, Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS),Murtala Muhammed International Airport Command,Nandap Kemi Nanna has been decorated with her new of rank of Assistant Comptroller General(ACG).
Nandap was decorated at the Service headquarter in Abuja yesterday with 23 other top senior officers newly promoted to the rank of ACG last month.
Speaking at the occasion, the Acting Comptroller General Isah Jere Idris stated that the event was a demonstration of the renewed commitment to the welfare of staff by NIS.
He pointed out that the recent promotion of officers, is in line with the three-point agenda which include border security, Passport reform and personnel welfare, he unfolded upon assumption of office.
Isah charged the newly promoted officers to deepen their commitment to duty and supervision of subordinates to ensuring that operational efficiency is sustained and quality service delivery improved.
The Service,he said shall not accept average performance from them in any situation where excellence is achievable.
