…Pleads With Passengers For Understanding
The Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Dana Air, Sukhjinder Mann, has appealed to its customers to bear with the airline as the present scarcity of Jet A1 across the country continues to cause flight delays.
According to him, “Unfortunately, we are again witnessing the scarcity of Jet A1 fuel across the airports in Nigeria, which has in some cases, caused recent flight delays.”
The Deputy CEO stated that despite that, the airline’s commitment towards offering a convenient and reliable schedule has never been in doubt and has always been centred on setting new standards in customer experience and redefining air travel .
He added that this communication is to reassure its customers that Dana Air has the commitment of its fuel partners to service its requirements and that the airline will continue to offer its customers competitive fares for their business and leisure travels.
