The Chairman of Air Peace, Barrister, Allen Onyema today was in the House of Representative following the invitation extended to him by the Green Chamber the previous day’ Tuesday for evacuating Nigerians affected by the xenophobic attacks in South Africa. .

His invitation by the House AbelNews learnt was to commend him for his patriotic and exemplary gesture, which he exhibited by evacuating Nigerians affected by xenophobic attacks in South Africa

Only yesterday, the House of Representatives adopted a resolution to recommend Onyema, for National Award for his humanitarian efforts.

This is coming just as the second batch of 320 of willing Nigerians are expected back in the country this afternoon on board Air Peace B777 aircraft from Johannesburg , South Africa.

Recalled that a total of 187 Nigerians were evacuated from South Africa last week on board Air Peace Airline.
