The workers of National Troup today defied heavy down pour in Lagos this morning to protest what they termed the draconian management style of its Executive Director, Mr Tar Ukor.
The angry workers accused their boss of absenteeism and neglecting the welfare of the workers and also intimidating those who draw his attention to the failure in the system.
The workers this morning with several placards with inscription such as: “Buhari sack Tar Ukor now, Enough of Tar Uko’s Draconian style of management and leadership”

One of the placards on displayed by workers described Ukor as revolutionary without any known achievement since he was appointed to rescue the National Dance Troupe from collapse.
Source close the workers described Ukor’s administration as the worst since the agency came to being.
Sources close to the workers told AbelNews that the protests would continue, as workers are fed up with Ukor style of leadership and management.
The protesting workers alleged that Ukor hardly comes to office and have been boasting that no one can remove him, not even the president.
Abelnews recalled that the Ukor was moved from National Theatre to National Troupe on account of alleged confrontation with the former Minister of Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed and also over unending face off with the labour union of concerning the national edifice.
