A former member of the House of Representatives, Opeyemi Bamidele, who was flown to the United States for further treatment for gunshot wounds today returned to Nigeria.
Recalled that Bamidele and five others were shot at a welcome rally organised for the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate (then)for the just concluded Ekiti State governorship election, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, who is now the governor elect at the party’s secretariat in Ado Ekiti on June 1,2018.
He arrived the international wing of he Murtala Muhammed Airport(MMA),Lagos at about 3pm
He was ferried abroad after the initial treatment he received at Euracare Multi-Specialists Hospital on Victoria Island, Lagos.
