Arik Air Unveils New Mobile App To Enhance Customers Experience

Arik Air has introduced a new mobile booking app to further boost customer experience.

According to the airline, the new mobile app makes booking, boarding, accessing products and services by Arik Air easy and convenient.

The airline stated that the app which had been personalised to the customer, gives passengers instant access to the information they need, when they need it all the time.

This user-friendly service, it added allows the booking of tickets up to three hours before flight departure and can accommodate any last minute travel plans.

Arik Air listed the features of the mobile app to include: book and pay for a flight, manage your booking, online check in, access to frequent flyer programme, flight status and many other useful features.

The airline explained that the app can be downloaded free on Google Play store and IOS App Store, adding that the app presents consumers with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface.

Speaking on the launch of the app, Arik Air’s Chief Executive Officer, Capt. Roy Ilegbodu said the airline is proud to introduce the app to our esteemed customers.

According to him, “This is another in the series of innovations aimed at positioning Arik Air as a truly customer friendly airline.”

“We believe that this will improve customer interaction with our airline, while boosting customer experience,” Ilegbodu said.
