… Grants Ex-wife Child’s Custody
Aminu Atiku Abubakar, son of former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, who was earlier remanded in the transit cell of Tinubu’s Chief Magistrate Court, Lagos, for disobeying an order of the court has been released.
Chief Magistrate Kikelomo Ayeye, had earlier ordered that the son of the country’s former number two citizen be remanded in the court’s cell pending the the production of his six years old son, who he alleged to have forcefully took away from his enstranged wife, Fatimo Bolori.
However, upon the production of the six years old boy, Magistrate Ayeye, ordered his release from the cell.
The Chief Magistrate also grant the estranged wife of Aminu, to take the custody of the boy for 10 days, after which the court will decide the permanent residence of the boy and his eight years old sister.
The matter has been adjourned till November 1, to decide who take full custody of the two children.
