The Acting President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo today paid un-scheduled visit to Nigeria’s gateway airport: Murtala Muhammed Airport(MMA),Lagos .
The Acting President during the visit that took airport workers by surprise inspected the travelator at the international wing of the airport and the three conveyor belts.
The visit which has been described as first in history of the airport by airport workers including those of the Federal Airports Authority(FAAN),saw the Aviation Minister , Senator Hadi Sirika and the General Manager, Mechanical, FAAN, Engr. Ephraim Nwodo explain the workings of the two facilities to the Acting President .
He also inspected the Visa on arrival section and security screening area both operated by officials of the Nigeria Immigration Service(NIS)
