Yoga, he said has become a popular way to stay healthy and fit for Nigerians, adding that at the International Yoga Day last year, the President’s wife, Aisha Buhari, told Nigerians to embrace Yoga to improve their health and that over a dozen Nigerian Yoga teachers will offer free classes for three days showing the variety of this age old practice.
