ARMANI Hotel Lures Nigerians To Dubai, Holds Customer Appreciation Cocktail
In a bid to lure more Nigerian customers to experience its unique luxury lifestyle hotel service offerings, ARMANI Hotel, Dubai, a Giorgio Armani signature hotel recently hosted some of its existing and prospective customers to an exclusive cocktail event held at the Wheatbakers Hotel, Ikoyi Lagos.
The event which was organised in partnership with Quantum Travels Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading travels management consultants was well attended by high net worth individuals, top business executives and celebrities.
Speaking at the event, the Sales Manager, Armani Hotel Dubai, Mr. Ahmed Benhlal disclosed that Armani Hotel-Dubai was the first range of hotels designed by Giorgio Armani in collaboration with leading property developer, Emaar Properties located at Burj Khalifa; the world’s tallest building offering guests an unprecedented choice for luxurious indulgence in elegant settings.
Benhlal revealed that ARMANI Hotel features 160 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and a choice of five world class restaurants, three of which are Armani signature restaurants (Amal, which is Indian, Ristorante, Italian and Hashi, Japanese) all in a beautiful combination of luxury and fashion, as one would expect of an ‘Armani’ residence.
The hotel operates a flexible service policy combination that allows it to satisfy customers in a personalised and unique way.
According to Benhlal, “At Armani Hotel, we prioritise gathering enough information about our customers even before they arrive to allow us prepare specially for their unique service needs, whether it is for business or pleasure. A lifestyle manager is attached to every guest, who follows through from the beginning of the customers stay to the end, ensuring that every guest has a smooth and enjoyable stay at the Hotel.”
On the unique and personalised customer service offering at Armani Hotel, Benhlal further stated that unlike regular hotels, where customers are required to pay for selected treatments at the Spa individually, at Armani Hotels the guest does not buy a particular treatment but buys time.
“If he chooses to pay for a 90-minute treatment, we will provide a customized treatment adapted to his unique needs (i.e. during the 90 minutes, he can choose to do a 60-minutes body massage and a 30-minutes facial massage), it’s all about personalised service” he said.
The Sales Manager added that Armani Hotel will continue to satisfy its customers in more ways than one, as it promised to expand its current cuisine offerings beyond Continental and Indian cuisines to include Nigerian Cuisines, so as to improve the efficiency of customer service to Nigerians.
During the event, two lucky winners emerged from the raffle draw held and each person would be given two days free to enjoy the luxuries of Armani Hotel with their spouses.
