
Guinness Nigeria has been named as one of the best places to work in Nigeria for 2015.
The company also clinched the top spot for the Excellence in Wellness Award at the Great Place to Work Institute which held its awards ceremony recently held in Lagos.
The awards also added shine to Guinness Nigeria 66th anniversary of being incorporated in Nigeria.
Receiving the award, Human Resources Director, Guinness Nigeria, Monica Peach, said that she was proud to receive the award.
According to her, “This is a great achievement moment for us and I feel proud to accept this award on behalf of the management and staff of Guinness Nigeria. We are delighted at this recognition which is a celebration of our greatest asset – our people. It is our desire to get back to the top spot in the coming years”.
Speaking on the development, spokesperson for the Great Place to Work Institute, Victor Ligbago said, “Guinness Nigeria has demonstrated outstanding performance in the Trust Index and Culture Audit Survey and showcased best practices in employee policies and programmes which exemplify the five dimensions of the Great Place to Work Model: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie”.
